Fees

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are $125 per 50 minute session. There is a considerable discount for clients who pay up front before each session via cash, check, or credit card.

Family and Couples Therapy

Family and couples therapy sessions are the same rate as an individual session.

Insurance

Your counseling session will qualify as in-network or out-of-network, depending on who your insurance carrier is. To find out if I am in network, please call me and have your insurance information at hand.

For out-of-network transactions, you, the client, pay my cash rate up front and I provide you with a detailed receipt which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I can walk you through the process if you’re unfamiliar with it. For some clients, this route is actually cheaper because their in-network plan has a high deductible.

Groups

Supporting Siblings: Group Therapy for Siblings of Special Needs Families – $40.00 for a 10 week section

Chill & Spill – $40.00 for a 12 week group. All materials included! For ages 12-18.

Phone Consultation, Formal Letters or Statements

If you would need a phone consultation, formal letter, or statement there will be a fee of $80.00 an hour. If the service provided is more or less than an hour, the $80.00 fee will be prorated to the amount of time spent.

Terms and Conditions

All fees are due at the beginning of each session. I can take cash, checks, or credit. A sliding scale is avaliable upon request.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session by e-mail or phone. If a client cancels less than 24 hours before an appointment or doesn’t show up for an appointment, they’ll be charged for the session fee.
