Hours
I see clients on the following days and hours:
Mondays 9:00am to 8:00pm
Wednesdays 9:00am to 8:00pm
Thursdays 9:00am to 8:00pm
Tele-Health
I can do phone or video sessions for clients who cannot come into my physical office.
Insurance
I am paneled with most insurance companies, including Cigna, First Choice, Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, and United.
Forms
New clients will need to fill out a Client Information Form and sign an Informed Consent Document. We go over these in person at the first session.
Rates
It really depends on your insurance company, copay, deductible, co-insurance, whether you pay up front, or whether you even use insurance.
I can provide a good faith estimate (GFE) at your first session but this may be subject to change once insurance claims are fully processed.
Waiting Area
You can relax in the waiting room, and I will come and get you when it's time to start. There is no need to knock or check in when you arrive.
