I can provide a wide array of services - from individual to joint therapy options. The first step is booking an initial session to talk through different options that my apply to your situation, and together we can find the right type of therapy to meet your treatment goals. 

Family and Couples Therapy

Family therapy focuses on the family as a unit. By applying systems theory to your problem, I can help each member work towards a solution. I have experience in:

  • Setting up a firm but loving environment for your family

  • Strengthening relationships

Adolescent and Teen Therapy

Some of the most challenging years are from ages 11 to 21, with many transitions in between! I understand the unique developmental challenges that adolescents are faced with and have helped many young people successfully navigate:

  • Suicidal Thoughts or Self-Harm

  • Relationships

  • Parenting Teenagers

Special Needs Families Therapy

Special needs children often require therapy, but what about their parents, brothers, and sisters? I can coach parents and siblings, offering unique strategies that make life with a disabled child more manageable. Some of the topics I address are:

Child Therapy

Children and their families sometimes find themselves needing extra support through theirearly formative years. I have worked extensively with children and have addressed:

Adult Therapy

Play Therapy

I have an entire room dedicated to play therapy! Many of my young clients enjoy working on various therapy topics through play. I utilize play therapy to:

  • Identify and manage emotions

  • Process trauma or other major life changes

  • Address behavioral challenges

  • Strengthen relationships

  • Practice coping skills
